Fun, Themed Learning During Breaks
Our Spring and Winter Break Camps provide a safe, engaging haven during school holidays where students enjoy seasonal festivities, creative workshops, and social connection while parents are at work.

Curriculum
Our break camp curriculum is organized around "mini-themes" that celebrate the specific time of year, transforming short weeks into immersive experiences. For Winter Break, activities might revolve around "Arctic Adventures" or "Holiday Engineering," while Spring Break focuses on "Nature’s Reawakening" or "Eco-Explorers." These units are designed to be self-contained daily modules so that even if a student only attends part of the week, they get the full benefit of the lesson without falling behind.
To keep the days exciting and distinct from a regular school week, we incorporate festive hands-on learning and sensory play:
- ✂️ Seasonal Crafts: Projects like holiday gift-making in winter or planting seeds and flower pressing in spring.
- ❄️ Nature Science: Investigating weather patterns, from the science of snowflakes and ice to the biology of blooming plants and insects.
- 🎲 Cooperative Gaming: Team scavenger hunts, trivia challenges, and indoor Olympics that build camaraderie and teamwork.

How We Individualize Care
We recognize that during school breaks, students have varying energy levels; some need to burn off holiday excitement, while others really need a rest from the rigors of the school term. To accommodate this, our program offers a flexible flow where students can self-select into high-energy activities or quieter, restorative zones. Because break camps often mix grade levels, our staff is trained to facilitate interactions between different ages, ensuring that younger children feel supported and older children feel a sense of leadership and responsibility.
Our care approach emphasizes comfort, flexibility, and looking after the physical needs of children during extreme weather seasons:
- ⚡ Energy Balance: We provide designated "Chill Zones" for relaxation and art alongside "Active Zones" for sports and movement.
- 🧣 Seasonal Safety: We pay strict attention to appropriate clothing for outdoor play (bundling up in winter, allergen awareness in spring).
- 👫 Peer Mentorship: Mixed-age groupings allow us to pair older "buddies" with younger campers to provide extra individual attention and confidence

Learning Goals & Milestones
Unlike the long-term progression of the school year, our break camp goals focus on "recharge and retention," ensuring students stay mentally stimulated without the pressure of homework or exams. We aim to bridge the gap between school terms by keeping social skills sharp and brains active, preventing the lethargy that often comes with too much screen time during holidays. The primary milestone here is engagement; we want students to leave every day feeling energized and having learned something new about the season or the world around them.
We focus on short-term, high-impact goals that blend relaxation with cognitive activity:
- 🧠 Active Minds: We avoid "holiday brain drain" by replacing passive screen time with interactive strategy games, puzzles, and reading circles.
- 🤝 Social Continuity: Students maintain friendships and practice conflict resolution in a less structured, more social environment than the classroom.
- 🎉 Community Spirit: We foster an appreciation for seasonal traditions, encouraging inclusivity and celebration of diverse holiday cultures.
